Established to acknowledge the twelve-hour shift, the missed lunch, and the patient in bed four who is doing fine, actually. The Division has no authority to shorten shifts and has never claimed otherwise.

Concerns: Nurses, techs, and anyone who has worked a twelve-hour shift.
